Effective in the gradual fading of dark (brownish) discolorations, pigment spots, blotches, or areas on the skin such as freckles, age and liver spots, or pigment in the skin that may occur in pregnancy or from the use of oral contraceptives. An oil free, low-alcohol base. Dermatologist tested. Utilizes 2% hydroquinone in a base containing 10% glycolic compound*..* Glycolic Compound is a complex, pH-balanced mixture of glycolic acid, ammonium glycolate, purified water, and higher-molecular-weight oligomers of glycolic acid, with an approximate activity level of 60%, and is designated on product labels as the ingredients "glycolic acid" and "ammonium glycolate."
