Simply apply two coats of the Metal Primer over dried Surface Conditioner. Let dry between coats and before applying PermEnamel Paint.PermEnamel Thinner can be used with PermEnamel Paint in place of water. It may be mixed with the paint for a watercolor effect and to thin the paint for beautiful smooth liner work.PermEnamel Retarder slows the drying time of PermEnamel Paint to allow for blending and shading. To use, mix two drops of PermEnamel Retarder to a half dollar sized puddle of PermEnamel Paint. Mix very well for best results.
