Provides maximum fluidity and is particularly suitable forgrinding with pure powdered pigments in order to make oil colours. Thin with turpentine or petroleum distillate. Refined linseed oil is a pale oil which reduces the consistency, increases the gloss, slows the drying rate and increases the transparency of oil colours. Thin with turpentine or petroleum distillate. Sun thickened linseed oil is a pale, syrupy oil which increases the flow and transparency of oil colours and speeds their drying.
