| Make a set of really silly hats for outrageous fun. There are four colored bands to turn into a hat. Stack them red, white, red, white, for a hat like the cat. Or stack them by twos for two hats, one for me, one for you. Or, have three friends over and make a hat with one band for each of you. This kit includes a variety of materials for decorating. There's an assortment of pipecleaners to tuck into the band-twist and bend them however you like. Add feathers, a bell, pom pom beads, or wavy plastic discs to the pipecleaners and hat. Attach a pinwheel, metallic ribbon you can curl, plus some Dr. Seuss flower shapes. Top the hat off with some double-sided Dr. Seuss character cards-the Cat, the Fish, Thing 1 and Thing 2.
