The names of the pieces are clearly the work of the cheeky lad himself: "All Rounder" "The Don" "Little Tinker" and "Pukka" for starters. In style they are retro-flavored bistro-basic and in Jamie s own words "dead cool". An asymmetrical texture-y white on white panel on each piece gives them a wacky 50s sort of flair and the chunky shapes are pared down simple. These pieces are a brilliant expression in porcelain of the virtues of his food which relies on simplicity freshness and the impact of robust and mutually complimentary flavors.
