The story goes that way back in the 18th century a Spanish ship took refuge in sheltered Dundee harbor to wait out a storm. Its cargo included Seville oranges and one grocer named James Keiller decided to buy some on speculation. His wife was the one who saw the potential within these bitter fruits. She boiled them with sugar and the first batch of those preserves was the predecessor to what eventually became known as Dundee Orange Marmalade.Net weight 16 oz.
