Every Sabatier knife is carefully hot-drop forged from a single piece of surgical grade steel then tempered to provide it with both flexibility and hardness. Finally each blade is then taper ground by master craftsmen until the strongest sharpest cutting edge is achieved. Keep those edges at their sharpest by regularly sharpening them using this steel.
