A Swiss cheese moon smiles down at the inhabitants of Cranberry Lane where neighbors and friends join together for a winter's night full of pre-Christmas activities. Trees are decorated for the season, voices fill the air with laughter and the lane comes alive with holiday spirit. Vanessa and Jake Twinkletoes love to go ice skating. They have been taking lessons for the past two winters and this year, after much practice, Vanessa can do a figure eight! Jake speeds and dodges across the ice. He wants to join the junior hockey team, Super Mouse Pucks, at school next year.
