| Item # FL107Perhaps the most famous and well-known of Key West's historic houses, this is a lovely example of a Queen Anne variation on the Victorian theme. It was constructed over a four year period from 1896-1900, by one of Key West's prominent citizens, Judge J. Vining Harris. Over the years the house has changed hands and has had a variety of uses. During the 1940s it was a gambling club, the Casa Cayo Hueso and was frequented by many notables including Walter P. Chrysler. Limited Edition of 4,000. |
