Item #SWC03 Limited production until December 2002.
Those who take to the sea in ships and those they leave behind find comfort in the Seafarer's Chapel, built in 1791. The many plaques that identify donations from worshipers demonstrate the chapel's importance to them.

A statue of an angel atop a wave (donated in memory of the late Captain Thorpe) graces the garden. A bench for quiet reflection (donated by the Pettigrews) faces the cove. The steeple's gold cross (donated by the Endicotts' forebears), and the stained glass portholes (donated by Hezekiah Chandler VI), were added in the 19th century.

From the parsonage, old Reverend Goodfellow sets out to visit his generous parishioners on a red bicycle (donated by the Ladies' Missionary Society).
