The interesting exterior architecture includes gingerbread trim, hanging signs and of course, a replica of St. Nicholas himself on the second story balcony. Coordinates with "The Finishing Touch" (#56306). Sign on side reads "Kunsthandwerk," which means "artist's workshop." Expected to begin shipping in October 2002.
