Yet, we have the same amount of hours in a day that our grandparents and great grandparents had in their day. We live on the same beautiful earth full of trees, animals, gardens, sunshine and rain. Perhaps we just need to stop and allow our minds to be quiet. The Angel of Contemplation is a beautiful reminder for us to slow down. As we see her resting on a rock and gently swirling her finger in the clear water, we can almost feel the tension melt away, replaced by a feeling of soft serenity. This quietness allows us to contemplate the great blessings around us. In that moment of appreciation and awe, we sense the divine and know that the Angel has brought us to prayer. |
