Item # 620489701Since 1677, the Bruton Parish Church has been visited by such well-known Americans as Thomas Jefferson and George Washington. In the early years the sexes sat apart. A vestrybook entry for January 9, 1716, says: "Ordered that the Men sit on the North side of the church, and the women on the left." Replicated in cast porcelain according to architectural records from the Colonial Williamsburg Foundation, each lighted Williamsburg Building is hand-painted in exacting detail to preserve the integrity of the historic landmark and arrives in a stately Williamsburg Signature Keepsake Box for heirloom keeping.
