Item # 55532This is the truck to have! The Ford Motor Company manufactured the Ranchero from 1957 through 1979. It was the first of its kind car with a truck bed. Originally marketed to appeal to farm families in need of both a car and a pickup truck, its great styling and high performance made it a common sight around town as well. Rubber tires rotate.
