This black, asphalt-based sealant is a single component plastic roof cement designed to bond on wet or dry surfaces. It is formulated to seal quickly and will not pull apart or lose its bond. It remains soft and pliable and resists temperature changes, making it ideal for patching and roof maintenance, sealing and repairing shingles, flashings and roof seams, sealing vent pipes, chimneys, gutters and metal building seams. Not paintable. 10 oz. cartridge.
