Electric fence spring-action gate handle. Soft, High visibility yellow rubber outer case surrounds semi-rigid, non-conductive vinyl inner core. Flanges are spaced wide enough for gloved hands to grip the handle comfortably. The safety hook is stamped and steel plated. Internal spring expands to 3-1/2" and will not let the wire droop.
