Fibered asphalt roof coating meets ASTM D 4479, Federal Spec. SS-A-694D. Heavy-bodied asphalt coating used to resaturate, preserve and protect composition, built-up and smooth or granulated roll roofing. Can also be used on metal roofs and exterior foundation walls. Do not use on shingle roofs. Coverage depends on the absorption of the surface: 3 gallons per 100 square feet on built-up roofs and masonry, 1-1/2 gallon per square on metal roofs. One gallon.
