    Digital Offense - A website of sporadically updated tools, projects, and documents. Most code is in perl, but the site offers eloquent exploits and presentations.

    enZo - enZo is a small coding group working on small projects, slowly releasing tools and advisories and furthering research on existing vulnerabilities.

    Open Source Vulnerability Database - The concept of the OSVDB was introduced as a method of implementation for an unbiased, vendor neutral vulnerability database for utilization by individuals involved in the information security community. The overall goals of the project are to promote greater, more open collaboration between companies and individuals, eliminate redundant works, and reduce expenses inherent with the development and maintenance of in-house vulnerability databases.

    Netric Security Team - A research and development site containing papers, code, advisories, special projects, and a few links. Portions are in Dutch, however the majority is in English. Majority of code available is written in C or asm.

    Nomad Mobile Research Centre - NMRC is an excellent resource for security related papers, advisories, projects, and general information. NMRC is a well known contributor to the hacker underground.

    Insecure.Org - fyodor brings us Insecure.Org, the home of nmap. Nmap is the most commonly used port scanner and service detector used in the land of unix. This site also has a fairly outdated vulnerability archive, and scanning related technical papers.

    0xdeadbeef dot info - Raptor's labs provide information on computer security research, privacy, and programming. The author presents his projects, papers, code, and configuration templates.

    Security Focus - Security Focus (Sold out to Symantec) has one of the largest vulnerability databases known to man. SF runs the most heavily used security related mailing lists on earth. There are several good articles written on this site and a wealth of information.

    Bindview's Razor - BindView's RAZOR is a worldwide team of cutting-edge security researchers. Dedicated to advancing the state of the art in securing networks and computers. RAZOR develops the art by identifying new security holes and disclosing our results publicly, so that all may benefit from our research.

    Metasploit - Metasploit contains several useful tools for security engineers. The most notable would be the op code search engine and the base exploit framework using Pex. Very intelligent researchers behind this site. All content appears to be top quality.
